SURFACE PREP: Sweep the area to be cleaned free of trash and debris. Protect all areas not to be cleaned. Mask off all adjacent surfaces with painters tape or plastic duct tape. If needed, use a plastic or coated cardboard as a spray shield. Scraping off excess deposits may be necessary prior to application.
Substrate and air temperature must be no less than 50 degrees F and not exceed 80 degree F.
MIXING: Mix up to 1:10 with water depending on the toughness of the stains to be cleaned. Stir well before using.
APPLICATION: Pre wet the surface to be cleaned with clean water. using a masonry wash brush, apply degreaser at a rate of 100-150 sq. ft. per gallon depending upon the porosity of the surface. When using on vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom to the top. Allow degreaser to remain on the top. Allow degreaser to remain on the surface for approximately 20 minutes. Use a stiff brush to work in and agitate any heavily soiled areas to help break the bond from the substrate. Flush the area with water. A commercial high PSI and GPM pressure washer is for the recommended method of flushing the cleaned surface, however, a garden host with a high pressure spray head will work sufficiently. Repeat process as necessary. For heavy stains still left in the concrete, spot clean using degreaser undiluted. Agitate and flush again.
PLEASE NOTE: It is always recommended to test the product in a small, inconspicuous area; on the same concrete substrate for desired results prior to application.
