Concrete DNA™ Diamond Satellite Pads are professional grade diamond impregnated pads. Additionally, this product is functional when used dry or wet(most run lower grits wet). The diamond pads are available in 14″, 16″, 17″, 20″ and 27″ diameters and a range from 30-1500 grits. These pads will open the surface of flat concrete and hone the surface to properly accept a densifier/hardener and continue to hone and polish to 1500 grit.
These diamond-impregnated concrete polishing pads are unique because they have a diamond resin material blown onto both sides of the pads. They also have diamond dots, known as satellites. The satellites allow for a superior flat cut that no other pad can do. Many customers find that on new concrete floors all they need to get a professional polish job is to use our pads. This can save you big money on large grinders. In fact, our level 2 concrete polish system, was designed to mimic the owner of concrete floor supply’s experience while consulting with Wal-mart and Sam’s club. On new floors, they use an 800, densify, 1500, all wet. They then buff with our 3000 grit(Concrete DNA™ Double Sided Diamond Pads).
Which Grit is Best for Your Diamond Polishing Pads?
Just prepping? Grits 30-50 are ideal for quick preparations for thin mil, low solids coatings and sealers.
Our 50 Grit will take care of scratches from grinding, and will transition you into polishing.
Old floor? Try the 100 grit.
Looking for a ‘honing pad,’ or a pad to get your floors in decent shape for polishing? 200 grit is for you.
Need to polish a floor that has been power troweled? Looking to revitalize a severely worn polished concrete floor? Go with 400 grit.
Want an eye-popping polish? How about a diamond polishing pad that will work with an auto scrubber to deep clean a hard troweled floor? The 800 grit is a great option, especially when paired with a “special soap” for polishing concrete.
1500 grit is the final polishing step. This pad, unlike the other options, should be used dry. The diamond pads are great for dry burnishing polished concrete. It is also good for periodically cleaning a polished concrete floor.
Most importantly, this pad can be flipped over and used for cleaning or burnishing. There are diamonds on BOTH sides!

Citra Pro is a powerful, water-based, non-flammable concrete degreaser and concrete floor cleaner. Customers can use this product on all types of surfaces that can be cleaned with water. Citra Pro is a concentrated cleaner which removes oil, grease, accumulations and soils from environmental surfaces and removes wax and polish from floor tiles.
Citra Pro is highly recommended to be uses on garages, patios and driveways. Consumers can also use Citra Pro to clean metal parts, greasy surfaces of concrete floors, counters and equipment where a non-flammable degreaser and cleaner is required.
This concrete floor cleaner and concrete degreaser is non-corrosive to steel and will not attack aluminum at the standard 1:5 dilution. Citra Pro is pH controlled and does contain special corrosion inhibitors.
When using Citra Pro in light cleaning we recommended a 1:64 dilution. For heavier areas the recommended dilution is 1:5.
- Dilute the Citra Pro according to the surface to be cleaned.
- 1:5 for heavy cleaning/degreasing
- 1:25 for light duty cleaning.
- Spray on the cleaning solution to thoroughly wet the surface. For heavy accumulations, agitate with a scrub pad, or brush.
- Simply Wipe off the soil, or flush off with a strong water spray.

Ez Clean is a pH neutral polished concrete floor cleaner specifically formulated for using on highly polished floors without attacking the gloss of the floor. When used as directed, the product gives customers many unique features that it becomes the choice for daily maintenance on floor cleaning.
The concrete cleaner and degreaser can also be used on many other environmental surfaces where it emulsifies grease, oil, and fats for easy flush and removal.
Ez Clean remains effective in hard water that makes the cleaner effective under all water conditions a customer may come across. It is concentrated to meet all various soil and cleaning needs when diluted.
Recommended uses for Ez Clean are polished concrete floors, epoxy floors, and VCT tile floors.

- For general use, add 1 to 4 oz. of neutral cleaner to one gallon of water depending on the degree of the dirt to be
removed. - Spread the diluted solution onto the dirty surface with sponge or a scrub mop.
- Allow the solution to remain on the surface for 1 to 5 minutes.
- For an excessively dirty area, use a scrubbing machine or a stiff brush.
- Do not use a wire brush as it will burn the concrete.

- How To Use
Sustain is a colorless, non-flammable surface treatment that produces an invisible protective coating on stone, concrete, unglazed tile and marble that is water and oil repellent.
Sustain creates a chemical reaction within the concrete making the concrete itself “hydrophobic”. Many use this product to seal concrete floors and surfaces that are exposed to liquids and salts such as concrete driveways, warehouses and shop floors. The great thing about this concrete floor sealer is that it does not form a film and will not peal from the surface. It is also super easy to apply!

SURFACE PREPARATION: Prior to surface preparation, protect people, property, automobiles, plants and any other non-masonry
surfaces and objects from the material, wind drift, and splash, residue, and fumes of the material. Protecting and diverting pedestrians and automobile traffic is also recommended. Proper surface preparation is highly important. Use the proper cleaning detergent for the substrate at hand. It is recommended that
Sustain be applied on a clean, visibly dry and absorbent surface. Please note that excessive moisture inhibits good penetration,
which can reduce the life and performance of the coating.
The temperatures of the air and the surface are very pertinent aspects of applying any coating. The minimum temperature of the air
and surface must be at least 40°F during application, and for at least 8 hours after. If freezing conditions exist prior to application,
it is highly recommended that the substrate be allowed to fully thaw. Should this recommendation not be followed, the product may
not yield adequate protective properties. Also, air and surface temperatures should never exceed 80°F.
PRODUCT MIXING: Stir well before using. Material may separate during long term storage. Do Not Thin!
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Proper equipment should be used when applying Sustain. A brush, roller, or low pressure sprayer
should be used to apply. If using a sprayer, be sure the psi is no greater than 20. Set the sprayer to achieve a good, wet stream,
avoiding atomization of the product. Be sure that any container used for mixing or material handling is clean, free of any debris,
and uncontaminated. Before applying material, please read full technical data sheet for proper preparation, application, and to be
sure to follow all safety measures guide lined in this report. Always test any substrate before overall application to ensure desired
results. Please test using the following application instructions. Also, let the test area dry completely before final inspection and
approval.
HORIZONTAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: By roller, apply Sustain at a rate of 100-300 sq. ft. per gallon depending upon surface type and porosity. Broom out puddles until surface is penetrated. Re-apply a second coat. Less material may be sufficient for a
second coat. Once again, broom out any puddles until material has penetrated. This is a “wet-on-wet” application. Coated surfaces
should dry to touch in approximately one hour. The coated substrate should be protected from weathering conditions for at least 8
hours after application. A neutral pH surface may need several days to achieve full water repellency.
VERTICAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: For best results, apply Sustain “wet-on-wet” at a rate of 100-300 sq. ft. per gallon depending upon surface type and porosity, to a dry and absorbent surface. When using a sprayer, saturate from the bottom up while
applying enough material for a 4″-8″ rundown below the spray contact point. Let the first application penetrate the substrate for
at least 5-10 minutes. Re-apply the material; less material will be needed for the second application. When using a brush or roller,
saturate the surface uniformly, allowing Sustain to penetrate for 5-10 minutes. Brush out heavy runs and drips that show signs of
no penetration. The second coat is recommended for maximum protection.
PLEASE NOTE: It is always recommended to test the product in a small, inconspicuous area (on the same concrete substrate) for
desired results prior to application. Coverage rates may vary for all coatings and substrates depending on porosity, density, texture
etc. If applying by spray method, extended coverage rates may be achieved, but be aware that less material will be applied and performance expectations may be limited
