Our Pro One Day Flake System is expertly designed for professionals who need floors with quick turn times. This is a pro level system. Perfect for garages and high-traffic commercial spaces, this complete 1/4″ flake kit allows you to deliver a stunning, seamless floor finish in a single day.
What’s Included:
This kit comes standard with our most popular polyurea base coat material, Polybase 98 (summer blend), and our polyaspartic topcoat Poly 85 slow. This is a full flake system only.
Need a faster cure? We also offer fast-setting versions. Simply request our Polybase 98 Winter (basecoat) and Poly 90 (topcoat) in the order notes at checkout, and we’ll ensure your kit is prepared for time-sensitive projects or colder climates.

Which kit size do I need?
Measure your space in square feet (length × width). Choose:
- Up to 600 sq ft kit: For spaces 600 sq ft or smaller
- 650-900 sq ft kit: For spaces between 650-900 sq ft
- Up to 3000 sq ft kit: For spaces up to 3000 sq ft
Can I combine kits for larger spaces?
Yes, multiple kits can be combined for spaces over 3000 sq ft. Contact us for bulk pricing.
What if my space is 700 sq ft?
Choose the 650-900 sq ft kit, which is designed for this range.
Do I need to ‘full flake’ with this kit?
Yes…you need to fully cover polybase98. It is not meant to ever be exposed to the eye
