Pre-Application Assessment & Preparation

i. Using a lower grit (80 to 120 grit works on this system) metal bond diamond tool on a 3 headed planetary grinder with a vacuum and grinding dry

ii. Use a our Concrete DNA Satellite pad (30 grit)

1. Also use our Super Blue liquid floor prep and clean water rinse

● Note: When using water to prep allow the floor to dry a minimum of 24 hours before applying coating.

2. Apply Water Based Urethane Gloss (Pigmented): Mix WB Urethane Gloss by drill mixing (refer to product data for each products mixing instructions). Mix in the appropriate amount of WB Pigment (1 unit of WB Pigment per 2.5 gallons)

Apply the product to the floor by dipping and rolling out of a pan. This product can also be poured on the floor in ribbons and spread evenly as you back yourself out. It is important to get even coverage on the floor and not to over roll to avoid roller marks. Use an 18”,  ⅜” nap roller cover. Application rate is around 300 – 400 sqft per gallon.  Allow to set so the product is track free and within the recoat window (typically 6-12 hours) before applying the next coat.  If the recoat window has passed, screen the floor with an 80-220 screen and dry wipe clean before application of the subsequent coat.
